Methodology
- Our awards are open to CX Professionals, Leading CX teams, CX Consulting firms, and leading brands across industries with successful implementation of CX Strategies.
- After we receive the nominations, we will sort them and present them to elite Jury Panel
- The entries will then be given numerical ratings by the juries, which will be collated and audited to determine the winners in each category and subcategory.
- The nominations from Students, Freelancers and associates of Scribe Minds & Media would not be considered.
Evaluation process:
- Awards Categories: 23
- Nomination Start Date:1st November 2024
- Last Date for Nomination Submission: 18th January 2025
- The nominations would be screened by the Jury:23rd January 2025
- The Award winners would be announced by 29th January 2025
- The awards would be Presented on 11th February 2025
